This data is “Platform Data” as defined in the Meta Platform Terms.

We process information for the following purposes:
- Provide the Service: authenticate users, display inboxes, and enable replies
- Platform integration: sync and store data received from Instagram/Telegram APIs and webhooks
- Security: verify webhook signatures, prevent abuse, and protect accounts
- Support and troubleshooting: diagnose technical issues and improve reliability
- Legal compliance: comply with applicable laws and Meta Platform requirements
We do not sell your personal information or Platform Data. We do not use Instagram message content for unrelated advertising profiling.
4. Legal Basis
We process your information based on your consent (when you connect a platform), performance of the Service you request, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure and functional platform, where permitted by applicable law.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Meta / Instagram: when required to send messages or interact with the Instagram API on your behalf, using your authorized access token
- Infrastructure providers: hosting and server providers that process data solely to operate the Service under confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
We do not share Platform Data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect an Instagram or Telegram account, we delete or invalidate associated access tokens and remove related stored conversation data from our systems within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security purposes (e.g., audit logs).
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and industry-standard measures to protect data. Only authenticated users can access their own panel data. Webhook requests from Meta are verified using cryptographic signatures where configured.
