1. About the Service
Dyoo (dyoo.app) is a social media management platform for businesses. Authenticated users connect professional Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business accounts and manage messages, conversations, and related content from one panel.
2. Information We Collect
Phone number and sign-in credentials, information you provide in the panel, and with your authorization: data from connected platforms (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp) including messages, conversation metadata, and OAuth tokens.
3. How We Use Information
To provide the Service, display inboxes, send replies, integrate with official platform APIs (including Meta for Instagram and WhatsApp), ensure security, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or Platform Data.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only with Meta/Instagram (to send messages on your behalf), infrastructure providers under confidentiality, and when required by law.
5. Retention & Deletion
Data is retained while your account is active. When you disconnect an account, tokens and related data are removed within a reasonable period. To request deletion: disconnect in the panel or email info@dyoo.app.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard measures. Only authenticated users can access their own panel data.
