In a recent update, Instagram introduced a feature allowing users to pin or display posts from their Tagged tab directly onto their primary profile grid. This option is accessible through direct message notifications, the main post menu, and the dedicated tags section within the app. According to the platform, adding a tagged image to your profile grid does not duplicate or delete the original post, and account owners can remove these added items from their grid at any time without affecting the creator's original content. Instagram stated that this update aims to improve profile curation and streamline business collaborations between brands and content creators by giving them greater control over how user-generated content and partnerships appear on their main feeds.
