What happened
Telegram has rolled out a new update that significantly expands its communication capabilities and administrative tools. Users can now send direct private messages to channel administrators via a new chat bubble button located at the bottom of channels, provided admins enable the feature in their channel settings. Admins can also set a specific fee per message to manage high incoming volumes without exposing personal information. Additionally, the update brings organized topic tabs to group chats for faster navigation, the ability to trim and edit voice messages before sending, and a new HD photo quality option that delivers images with four times more pixels and finer visual details.
